I don't know I torture myself by continuing to go here. I think it's to see if I can break my record of longest wait ever. The service is painfully slow. I don't mean that figuratively either. You will at one point get a head trying to figure out how the hell it can take them so long to but food in a box. One you finally have the opportunity to place your order you get to play the sorry we are out of that game. They were actually out of butter once. It takes a real special level of creativity to run out of butter. Finally the oops we forgot to give you your entire order game. Oh you sly devils

When I learned a couple years back that the KFC franchise owner in the Twin Cities was from Sacramento CA and failed to renew the locations on time allowing Popeyes to acquire their key locations, I was not sure how I felt. I grew up on KFC. But over the past decade each time I would eat at KFC I was disappointed with the flavor of the chicken. They had changed something. I have always been pleased with the flavor at Popeyes. Onion rings are my favorite. The chicken (mild) is ten fold better than KFC. The gumbo is exceptional. The mash potatoes with Cajun gravy is a must each time I am at Popeyes. The new chicken wrap is affordable, tasty and filling. I always drive thru. Friendless at each location varies based on how busy the place is and who is working. I don't take it personal if they are a bit grumpy. The majority of times the window person greets me with a smile. As a weekly regular I'm satisfied with the overall level of customer service. The error of the KFC franchisee ended up being to our advantage. Popeyes is a superior product.

The workers there are rude. They seem to always have something on the menu that has run out. I've waited 15+ minutes for my chicken by the window with no acknowledgement so I drove off. Although I live close I'm not ever going back. I would rather drive to the one off University and Lexington.

Was excited when this place had a grand opening. Ordered a chicken meal with mashed potatos. Got home and grabbed a chicken leg. When I was about to eat it, I found a black hair entangled in the batter. Never again, gross!

If I could give them 1/2 star I would! This place is a joke! Our first time there they ran out of white meat and beef brisket they wouldn't substitute ANYTHING. So we left. We decided to try them again because they are right next to our apartment complex. This time the lady working was rude and informed us they ran out of chicken AGAIN including potatoes and slaw. How the eff do they keep running out of food?! So we left and drove the extra few miles to KFC on Snelling! Save yourself the hassle and don't even bother with this ghetto place!

As if fast food wasn't enough of a gamble, this particular joint brings a new layer of intrigue. No matter what you order in the drive through, they give you what they want to give you. Sometimes it's good, like the time I got my order AND a free three piece meal. And sometimes like today, it's bad, where I got half my order. If you want the correct order, you have to check it before you drive off. Sure, they get pissed, and the cars behind you honk and suggest unique ways to impregnate family members, but it appears to be the only way to make sure you got anywhere near what you paid for.

This has to be one of the worst managed location. They are always closing early. They are supposed to be open until 11pm but sometimes I come through at 10pm and was told they are closing early because business is slow. Other times they close early because they ran out of chicken????
